The Rock is now famous in the film industry as Hobbs in the Fast and the Furious Franchise. He has also appeared in countless films including his notable performance as Maui in Disney’s Moana.
Gina Carano earned her fame as a remarkable fighter in mixed martial arts. She has a record of 7-1, making people root for her against Ronda Rousey in 2014. Unfortunately, this fight did not happen as she has retired back in 2009.

Another member of the Fast and the Furious franchise, Jason Statham is another athlete who became a Hollywood actor. He was a great diver, being a member of the British national team at that time. The team won 12th place in the world championship back in ‘92.
